CAROL BALHORN

Carol is our Money Matters Manager and brings eight years of industry experience, including two with the company. After going through a home build herself—and realizing she actually enjoyed the process—she decided to blend that experience with her financial and accounting background. Now she keeps Rembrandt’s projects financially steady and spreadsheets balanced, making sure homeowners feel confident every step of the way.  Carol understands that building a home is a major investment, so she believes clear communication, accuracy, and transparency aren’t optional—they’re essential. With an eye for detail and a knack for organization, she helps uphold Rembrandt’s reputation for integrity and trust.  She values being part of a team that treats employees like family and works diligently to ensure her contribution reflects those same standards.  Outside the office, Carol enjoys time with her family, getting lost in a good book, and taking long walks with her dog, Hank.
